Our order processing occurs every weekday morning, from Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays), starting at 6:00 am. This schedule guides our daily roasting plan. Our commitment is to dispatch all orders received before this time on the same day. Orders placed on Fridays after 6:00 am will be roasted and sent out on the subsequent Monday.

Our standard roasting takes place five days a week, but during peak periods, we might also conduct roasting on Saturdays.
