We are currently seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Title Processor. Joining FirstSource Title as a Title Processor means playing a crucial role in facilitating successful property transactions. Your responsibilities will include verifying and updating crucial information, conducting meticulous document reviews, calculating and validating escrow fees, and electronically submitting documents through platforms like Simplifile or similar systems. Compensation:

• Competitive annual salary in the range of $55,000 - $65,000.
• 5% matching contribution to your 401(k) to support your financial well-being.
• Full coverage of medical benefits for employees (family coverage available at the employee's expense).

Responsibilities:

• Verifying the accuracy and completeness of all necessary documentation for escrow transactions as required by regulatory authorities.
• Conducting detailed examinations of names and entities on paperwork to ensure precision and adherence to regulations.
• Accurately computing and verifying escrow fees before submission to guarantee precision.
• Employing electronic platforms like Simplifile for the efficient handling and organization of escrow documents.
• Performing comprehensive research and analysis to address any discrepancies or challenges that may arise throughout the escrow process.
• Providing timely updates and addressing inquiries effectively by communicating with clients, lenders, and other involved parties.
• Working collaboratively with internal teams to optimize processes and improve the overall efficiency of escrow operations.

• Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Previous experience with Simplifile or similar electronic escrow platforms is preferred but not required.
