Job Description

M SEARCH has been retained to search for our non-profit clients next Senior Growth Marketing Manager . This individual will be responsible for driving growth, maximizing ROI, and enhancing customer acquisition, retention, and engagement across all digital channels. This role is critical in driving growth, optimizing data-driven strategies, and advancing our digital presence to support their mission. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, analytics, strategy development, and leveraging data and CRM systems with a proven track record of achieving measurable results in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities include:

Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
  • Create and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.

Digital Marketing Campaigns:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, display advertising, and content marketing.
  • Oversee the creation of compelling and engaging content for all digital platforms.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to continually improve campaign performance and effectiveness.

Customer Acquisition and Retention:

  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers and increase customer lifetime value.
  • Optimize customer journeys and touchpoints to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
  • Leverage CRM tools and marketing automation to enhance customer engagement and retention.
  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns and automated workflows to nurture leads and engage existing supporters.
  • Analyze CRM data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for personalized marketing and improved customer experience.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
  • Generate regular reports on key metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Use data to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Lead and mentor, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with external partners and agencies to support digital marketing efforts.

Market Research and Trends:

  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Understand audience needs, preferences, and behaviors.

You would be a great fit, if you have the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Passion for joining a mission-driven organization.
  • Proven track record of driving significant business growth through digital marketing strategies.
  • Experience in managing and optimizing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and marketing automation software.
  • Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Expertise in CRM systems and email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Familiarity with web development and UX/UI principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
  • Experience in developing and managing KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
