Fine Line Marketing is seeking a motivated and energetic Marketing and Promotions Associate to join our growing team in Tacoma. Our team trains daily on customer engagement, marketing strategies, and communication techniques to build lasting customer relationships.

Role Overview:

As a Marketing and Promotions Associate, you’ll work alongside the Marketing Manager and gain hands-on experience in customer outreach, brand promotion, and supporting sales initiatives. You’ll participate in product knowledge training, attend team development meetings, and provide direct support to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Account Managers with sales efforts and customer service
• Assist in launching new campaigns and product promotions
• Accurately record customer information and maintain sales documentation
• Apply product knowledge to drive marketing success and improve customer interactions
• Learn and grow leadership skills through ongoing coaching and training

• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or marketing is a plus—but not required
