Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced and detail-oriented full-time Managing Broker to support our Charlottesville office. This role is focused on ensuring compliance, accuracy, and smooth brokerage operations. You’ll serve as the go-to resource for all broker-specific questions, maintain compliance standards across the office, and provide essential reporting and analytics to the Director of Sales.

Compensation:

$70,000 - $100,000 at plan per year

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all broker-specific questions from agents.
  • Oversee and maintain compliance with brokerage, state, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and review contracts, files, and transactions to ensure accuracy and adherence to policies.
  • Provide reporting and analytics to the Director of Sales to support office performance.
  • Support brokerage operations with a focus on compliance and quality assurance.
  • Lead recruiting, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and keep top talent.
  • Coordinate and deliver training to ensure agents are well-versed in compliance, contracts, and office processes.

Qualifications:
  • The management and leadership skills to successfully guide a team of high-performing real estate agents
  • Must have a managing broker’s license
  • Unparallelled communication and customer service skills
  • Over 3 years as an actively practicing licensed real estate agent
  • Working knowledge of the real estate industry and of all state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws to ensure our brokerage is in compliance
