The Opportunity:

We are looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Community Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in building and nurturing our online community, enhancing our brand presence, and fostering meaningful engagement across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Community Engagement:

  • Actively engage with our community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions across all social media channels.
  • Host live streaming sessions to connect with our audience, share product insights, and address questions in real-time.

Content Creation:

  • Develop and curate compelling content that resonates with our audience, including graphics, videos, and interactive posts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with our brand’s messaging and marketing campaigns.

Social Media Strategy:

  • Work with Social Media Managers to create and implement a dynamic social media strategy that enhances brand visibility and engagement.
  • Identify emerging trends and opportunities within the social media landscape to keep our brand relevant.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to assess community engagement and content performance.
  • Prepare regular reports to share insights and recommendations for optimizing social media strategies.

Influencer and Affiliate Collaboration:

  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers and brand advocates to amplify our reach and community presence.
  • Coordinate influencer and affiliate campaigns and partnerships that align with our brand values.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in social media management, community engagement, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, especially TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for storytelling.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passionate about the beauty industry and committed to fostering a positive online community.
