Our platform simplifies order management, fulfillment, and integrations, enabling brands to operate seamlessly across channels. At the heart of this mission is a commitment to intuitive, beautiful, and functional design. We’re a passionate, creative team that prioritizes user experience as a core pillar of our product strategy, and we’re looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join us in shaping the future of e-commerce.

Role Description

As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you’ll play a critical role in crafting user-friendly and visually engaging interfaces that empower our customers to manage their businesses effortlessly. You will lead the design of intuitive workflows, translate complex requirements into clear user experiences, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our platform not only looks great but delivers exceptional value. Your work will directly shape how users interact with our products and will have a lasting impact on customer satisfaction and success.

Responsibilities (and potential impact)

  • Create, iterate on, and deliver wireframes, prototypes, and final designs that reflect user needs and business goals.

  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and refine requirements and turn them into elegant design solutions.

  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to inform design decisions.

  • Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across the platform.

  • Balance user-centered design with technical constraints and business objectives to create practical solutions.

  • Advocate for UX best practices, ensuring designs are accessible, responsive, and aligned with our company’s values.

  • Stay up-to-date with UI/UX trends and innovations to bring fresh ideas to the team.

Must-haves

  • 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, preferably in SaaS or e-commerce.

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

  • Demonstrated experience designing responsive, data-rich web applications.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design and problem-solving abilities.

  • Solid understanding of design systems, accessibility standards, and usability principles.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.

  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate more effectively with developers.

  • Experience working in Agile environments and tools like Jira or Confluence.

  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and integrations.

  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing sessions.

  • Previous work in a startup or fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Passion for data-driven design and using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.

  • Ability to mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of design excellence.

Benefits, perks, etc.

  • Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.

  • Flexible working hours and remote work opportunities.

  • Professional development and learning budget.

  • Generous vacation and paid time off policies.

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance.

  • 401(k) with company match.

  • A creative, collaborative culture that values design, innovation, and growth.
