Job Description

Job Description: We seek a compassionate, reliable, and skilled caregiver to join our team! The ideal candidate will be CPR certified and have a medical background, such as a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA), Medical Assistant (MA), or professional caregiver experience. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals needing assistance, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.

Responsibilities:

· Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.

· Provide medical assistance, including administering prescribed medications, taking vital signs, and performing other basic medical tasks as needed.

· Monitor patients’ health and communicate any changes to the care team.

· Provide companionship, emotional support, and maintain a positive, engaging environment.

· Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and transportation if needed.

· Ensure that CPR and emergency protocols are followed as needed.

· Maintain accurate records of care provided.

Qualifications:

· CPR certification (required).

· Medical background, such as CHHA, MA, or professional caregiver experience.

· Previous experience in providing personal care, including assisting with activities of daily living.

· Experience with developmental disabilities is a plus.

· Ability to handle medical emergencies and follow protocols.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Reliable, compassionate, and patient.

· Must pass a background check and drug screening.

· Must have a valid driver's license.

· Must be comfortable with a large dog.
