  • PDI HEALTH (Preventive Diagnostics)
  • Brooklyn, NY

Job Description

PDI Health, an established fast growing mobile diagnostic and imaging company, is looking for a proven specialist to dive in and assist the team in finding unparalleled talent. This isn’t just about reviewing resumes and interviewing: it’s about building and maintaining robust relationships with candidates, hiring managers, schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders.

Our talent acquisition team is the beating heart of our internal organization. The team is accountable for providing excellent collaboration to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

We need someone who has done this before. A specialist who has stepped into an existing talent acquisition team, established themselves as a true partner, and matched exceptional candidates to requisitions with speed and professionalism. If you know how to balance strategy with hands-on sourcing, and you thrive in an environment where ownership and accountability are the standard, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

You will be part of an acquisition team with a robust ATS system and collaborative hiring managers to truly find stellar talent. You’ll do this by continuing our culture of accountability, identifying and resolving challenges, and ensuring excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish trust. You will also be streamlining communication between acquisition, candidates, and leadership. Finally, implementing best practices, acquisition strategies, and operational improvements will be important.

Who You Are:

You’re not just an acquisition specialist; you’re a partner who knows how to get things done. You take ownership, you prioritize effectively, and you don’t shy away from tough decisions. You understand recruiting inside and out, and you know how to create processes that work. You have done this before: both sourcing and strategically finding exceptional talent and playing a large part in effectively creating partnerships with multiple internal teams. You have 3+ years' experience as a talent acquisition specialist.

At your core, you:

  • Exemplify extreme ownership: problems don’t get passed around; they get solved
  • Have a sharp sense of prioritization: you focus on what moves the needle
  • Operate with grit and resilience: you know how to push through challenges and drive results
  • Are proactive and hands-on: you’re in the details, but always with the big picture in mind
  • Know how to streamline acquisition and maximize efficiency through technology and process improvements

Our Core Values:

We don’t just talk about company values… we expect our leaders to embody them

  • Part of the Solution: We solve problems, not dwell on them
  • Team Player: We work together, without egos, to get the job done
  • Reputation Matters: We operate with integrity and take pride in our work
  • Ownership: If it’s your responsibility, you own it. End of story

Why PDI Health?

We’re a company that values strong leadership, decisive action, and a commitment to excellence. This role offers real impact, real responsibility, and real career growth for the right specialist. If you’ve partnered with internal teams, truly understood what stakeholders need from you, and created a culture of accountability before… we want to hear from you!

This role is on-site, and based out of our Brooklyn, NY office.

Apply now and show us how you’ve joined an acquisition team and exhibited immediateresults before.
