Seeking a highly motivated Financial Professional to join our expanding team. This opportunity allows for an exclusive focus on client advisory services, eliminating the responsibilities of marketing, human resources, and technology management. We offer 5-8 pre-scheduled, high-quality appointments per week, placed directly on your professional calendar. These appointments represent confirmed engagements, not preliminary leads.

  • Pre-Scheduled Appointments: 5-8 confirmed client appointments weekly.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-home consultations to provide comprehensive financial advice and retirement planning services.
  • Facilitate clients’ achievement of retirement objectives through strategic financial planning.
  • Engage in continuous training and professional development workshops to enhance sales proficiency and product knowledge.
  • Maintain a schedule of 5-8 client appointments per week.

Qualifications:

  • Must be based in California.
  • Possession of an active Life License in California is mandatory.
  • Series 65 or 66 Securities License is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in annuity sales.
  • Demonstrated energy and willingness to travel for in-home appointments.
  • Strong commitment to professional development and receptivity to coaching.
  • You will be an independent contractor

Work Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday.
  • Saturdays are optional.
  • Sundays are not included in the work schedule.
