About the Role: Research Analyst

As a Research Analyst, you’ll be at the core of our search process, driving the insights and strategies that identify and connect top executives with our clients. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute directly to the success of our Private Equity and Professional Services practices.

This position is hybrid and based in Austin, Texas.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Market Insights: Research and analyze industry trends, including private equity transactions and professional services developments, to inform search strategies.
• Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage top-tier executive talent using advanced tools and sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and market mapping.
• Search Execution: Collaborate with Partners and Recruiters to tackle search needs, from initial strategy to client deliverables.
• Data-Integrity: Leverage and manage databases to build and manage candidate pipelines while producing actionable insights.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking motivated individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and make an impact. Ideal candidates will bring:

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Economics, Sociology, I/O Psychology , or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in research, consulting, or recruitment (internship experience considered).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in advanced sourcing techniques and research tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A proactive and collaborative mindset, ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
