What You’ll Do

• Own our Global HCM system : Manage day-to-day operations and training, ensure data integrity, and support system integrations across HR platforms (ATS, LMS, time tracking).
• Be our Report Guru : Creates reports, dashboards and statistical analysis for decision making
• Be the go-to for teammates : Answer questions, solve problems, and support a great employee experience.
• Support performance programs : Pilot performance management programs, coordinate review cycles, feedback processes, and goal tracking.
• Create an internal voice for our team: Assist with internal communications and surveys
• Support Payroll with Precision: Process and troubleshoot bi-weekly payroll in coordination with Finance, ensuring accuracy, compliance,
• Keep us compliant : Maintain accurate employee records and ensure we’re audit-ready.
• Jump in where needed : From onboarding to engagement, you’re ready to help wherever the team needs you.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• 3+ years in People Ops or HRIS administration
• Experience with HCM systems (e.g., Paycom, Rippling, UKG, etc.)
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive mindset
• Clear, concise communicator
• Discretion and professionalism with sensitive information
• A flexible, self-starting attitude and love for learning
