Job Description

We are seeking an innovative and curious Lead Materials Developer to join our Team . This role will focus on textiles, trims, and prints development, collaborating with cross-functional partners to deliver creative, high-performance material solutions for apparel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Innovation, Design, Product Merchandising, Technical Development, Sustainability, Sourcing, and Manufacturing teams.
  • Partner with global stakeholders to align material development with brand vision and consumer insights.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Science/Design, or related field.
  • 5+ years’ experience in material development/product development.
  • Expertise in textile, trim, and print development .
  • Strong connection to trends and consumer insights with ability to balance creativity and technical execution.
  • Skilled in design & development process from inception to adoption.
  • Proactive problem solver with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills .
  • Experience collaborating with global partners .
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office, Product Data Management ; familiarity with Smartsheet, Tableau is a plus.
  • PMP certification is nice to have .
