Manufacturing Process Engineer 🚀

What You’ll Do as the Manufacturing Process Engineer:

• Lead technical discussions with customers and internal teams.
• Improve product yields and drive new product development.
• Manage third-party service providers to keep projects on track.
• Support feasibility studies and RFQ assessments with Sales and Marketing.
• Create and maintain critical technical documentation.
• Ensure smooth process implementation for new product launches.
• Support audits and champion continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Bring as a Manufacturing Process Engineer:

• Master’s degree (MSEE) or equivalent and 8+ years of industry experience.
• Strong background in product manufacturing; Aerospace & Defense experience highly valued.
• Excellent communication skills and a knack for building strong relationships.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Familiarity with defense systems, MIL-PRF-38534/38535 standards, and interconnect materials is a plus.

Requirements:

• U.S. citizenship and fluency in English.
• Valid U.S. passport and ability to travel (~10%).
• Active DoD security clearance, or ability to obtain one.
