SeekOne is looking to add a production leader to its team in order to plan for future scale. This person will need to own all of the production departments responsibilities, have a good amount of roofing knowledge and be able to lead guide and direct crews, superintendents and clients appropriately and efficiently through the process.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager located in Brentwood, TN. The Production Manager will oversee project planning, resource allocation, and coordination with teams to ensure timely and efficient project completion. Daily tasks will include managing project timelines, quality control, compliance with safety standards, meeting preperation, creative thinking and client communication. The role involves direct supervision of the installation team and superintendents and coordination with suppliers and subcontractors.

• Project management skills and experience with resource allocation and coordination
• Strong communication and client management skills
• Knowledge of safety standards and quality control
• Experience in supervising teams and working with suppliers and subcontractors
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Previous experience in the roofing or construction industry
• Must be extremely organized and detail oriented
