Job Title: Maintenance Electrician

Location: Hobart, IN

Pay Rate: $36 hourly rate +$5K sign on bonus

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Maintenance Electrician to join our client's organization in the Hobart, IN area.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems.
• Work with AC & DC crane controls, drives, and PLCs (preferred).
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in accordance with company standards.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and stable workplace.
• Provide quality customer service and attention to detail in all tasks.

Key Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience (required).
• Extensive experience in electrical maintenance, including installation, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Experience with AC & DC crane controls, drives, and PLCs is preferred.
• Commitment to teamwork, safety, and quality.
• Ability to work in a unionized environment and adhere to company policies.
