Job Description

About the role

You’ll be the right hand to our Senior Product Development Managers—keeping tasks in Asana, timelines in Smartsheet, and clients in the loop. As you learn, you’ll start owning small projects end-to-end.

What you’ll do

  • Project tracking – Build and maintain Asana boards and Smartsheet Gantt charts; flag delays before they hurt.
  • Client updates – Draft weekly status notes, schedule calls, capture action items, and keep everyone pointed at the same deadline.
  • Sample & PO coordination – Chase quotes, samples, and QC photos from factories; log everything in the shared drive.
  • Margin + timeline watch – Plug numbers into our cost templates; raise a hand if margins or ship dates slip.
  • Process clean-up – Help roll out new checklists, naming conventions, and doc templates so the whole team works the same way.

Who you are

  • Organized to the core – color-coded boards, airtight version control, and you never lose a file.
  • Self-starter – see a gap, fill it; no waiting for instructions.
  • Detail hawk – remember manufacturing costs, HTS codes, and next Tuesday’s 8 AM call without reminders. You follow up and push projects to the finish line!
  • Problem-finder + solver – dig for answers and share them clearly.
  • Client-comfortable – you can jump on Zoom, explain status in plain English, and follow up until it’s done.

Must-have skills

  • Solid email + deck writing; you can summarize a project in three bullets.
  • Strong attention to detail and general curiosity about how things work.
  • Comfortable on early-morning / late-evening calls with our team in China.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with or passion for product development, project management, or supply-chain coordination.
  • Consumer goods or hard goods background.
  • Basic CAD or DFM familiarity.
  • If you speak Mandarin, that would be sweet!

Why Klugonyx?

Global projects, real mentorship, a super rad team, and the chance to see products you touched hit retail shelves.

Salary Range: $50,000-$60,000 DOE
