SFI Risk is seeking a motivated individual to join us as an Forensics Administrator. In this position, you are responsible for collecting different samples from donors at our local in-house facility and as well as inputting drug test results into the electronic tracking system. Administrators are also responsible for processing instant tests and/or preparing specimens for transport to the laboratory for testing via courier service or overnight delivery.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Administering the following screenings:

  • Breathalyzers
  • Finger Printing
  • Drug test (8 - 18 panel)
  • Interpreting test results
  • Publishing reports to explain forensic data
  • Maintaining files and recording lab findings
  • Performing quality checks on lab supplies, chemicals, etc.
  • Calibrating lab equipment
  • Cleaning lab supplies and equipment

Please note that this position is for collection of drug testing specimens only, there are no venipuncture (blood) collections performed.

Qualifications:

· High School Diploma or Equivalent

· DOT collection or Phlebotomy experience a plus.

· Willingness to learn, listen, and take/follow instructions.

· Must be comfortable handling urine specimens as an essential job function.

· Communicate in a professional, customer service-oriented manner way with donors

· Quickly and accurately record and process specimens, ensuring all relevant information is accurate, all requested tests are ordered, and collection procedures are followed while maintaining a chain of custody at all times.

· Maintain a clean and safe work collection environment, in compliance with industry protocols

Additional Information

The Office Administrator position starts at 15.00/hr. This position is offered for Full-Time hours Monday Through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing - Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory - Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements - Assist in the training and development of new employees - Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette - Assist with human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records - Manage team schedules and coordinate team meetings - Assist with budgeting and financial tasks, including payroll processing - Maintain organized files and records both physically and electronically - Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers

Skills:

- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail - Experience in training development is a plus - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures - Ability to manage a team effectively - Basic budgeting knowledge is preferred - Familiarity with payroll processing systems is a plus - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in file management, both physical and electronic - Experience in vendor management is preferred
