Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented professional to join our growing team in a client-facing sales support role. This position is responsible for cultivating and expanding customer relationships while delivering an outstanding service experience. The ideal candidate will be adept at understanding customer needs, recommending solutions, and supporting account growth through strategic communication and proactive follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and strengthen customer relationships to drive repeat business and increase sales.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns across phone and email.
  • Accurately process quotes, proposals, pricing adjustments, and service requests.
  • Proactively communicate with existing and potential clients to support business growth targets.
  • Maintain detailed, organized records of all client interactions, proposals, and account updates.
  • Stay informed about market trends, product updates, and competitive offerings.
  • Analyze client accounts and recommend or implement adjustments to meet evolving needs.
  • Represent the organization at industry events and trade shows as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and exceed client expectations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
  • 2–3 years’ experience in customer service, inside sales, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP (e.g., NetSuite) and CRM systems (e.g., Zendesk) is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Skilled in negotiation, presentation, and closing techniques.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment with a customer-first mindset.
  • Interest or background in sports is considered an asset.
