We're seeking a skilled Icertis Contract Management (ICM) expert to join our team as a Configuration & Integration Specialist. You’ll play a critical role in implementing, customizing, and integrating the Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) platform with enterprise systems like Workday, SAP, or Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Configure Icertis CLM workflows, templates, and business rules
✅ Integrate Icertis with ERP/HR systems (e.g. Workday, SAP, Salesforce) using ICI Connect & REST APIs
✅ Collaborate with functional teams to translate business needs into system solutions
✅ Lead or support end-to-end implementations including UAT, data migration, and go-live
✅ Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure platform stability post-launch
