Location: St. Louis, MO (hybrid - will work onsite and remotely)

Compensation: $95,000-$130,000 depending on experience

Employment Status: Full-time

We’re looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager who may be looking to step out of the large-scale corporate grind, and into a flexible and results-driven environment where your residential construction expertise will not only improve lives in the community, but will further the efforts of an already successful (and growing!) young company.

As Construction PM, you'll join a fast-growing St. Louis residential real estate investment and renovation company to oversee Section 8 construction projects throughout the area. With a fast-growing investment portfolio, you'll help local families step into beautiful, safe, affordable housing, while elevating the real estate landscape and improving communities in your area.

Our ideal candidate is:

• Extremely organized and experienced in residential construction
• Has a construction background - bonus if you've got hands-on carpentry and building experience
• Not afraid to roll up their sleeves and move easily from high-level planning to boots-on-the-ground execution
• Agile, thrives in a fast-moving environment with many moving parts
• Not looking for a desk job - you'll be in the field, on-site, and ensuring projects are on-time and in-budget

About the position:

You’ll oversee the entire lifecycle of our construction and renovation projects — from initial scope to final punch list — while also leading in the field as Superintendent and Foreman during our growth phase. This is not a desk-only position. You’ll run point on schedules, budgets, and subcontractors, but you’ll also walk job sites, direct crews, and make sure work is done right the first time.

This is a high-impact leadership role with real growth potential. As we scale, you’ll build and manage your own team under you — but right now, we’re looking for someone who can do the work and lead it at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all active construction projects from start to finish
• Create and manage project schedules, scopes, budgets, and timelines
• Serve as on-site Superintendent , ensuring quality, safety, and pace
• Lead crews and subcontractors directly in a Foreman-style role when needed
• Coordinate inspections, permitting, materials, and vendor relationships
• Communicate clearly with ownership on project status, risks, and results
• Solve problems quickly and proactively — no babysitting
• Build out and lead the future project management team as we grow

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in residential or multifamily construction management
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats — project manager, superintendent, and foreman
• Strong communication, leadership, and scheduling skills
• Type A, highly detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-moving environment
• Willing and able to be hands-on in the field as well as strategic in planning
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to job sites daily
• Comfortable using Contractor Foreman and reporting back via gsuite
• Bonus: Experience in value-add renovations, property flips, or investor-focused projects
