Position: Senior Hardware QA Consultant

Compensation: $50 - $80/hour, depending on experience

Location: Coppell, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior Hardware QA Consultant to join their team!

This exciting opportunity involves establishing a QA/QC department in a rapidly transforming business. The role is pivotal in launching new products and enhancing quality awareness across the organization. You will act as a strategic quality consultant, identifying and addressing quality-related issues in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Establish and lead the QA/QC initiative 
• Create and implement SOPs and QA test plans
• Act as a quality consultant for organizational transformation
• Identify and address common quality-related issues
• Collaborate with various departments for quality improvements
• Launch new products and ensure consistent quality
• Document processes and enhance quality awareness
• Assess customer service, logistics, and supply chain for issues
• Provide strategic solutions for quality enhancements

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience 
• Experience in electronics hardware
• Managerial experience in QA/QC roles
• Proven track record in creating SOPs and test plans
• Ability to act as a strategic quality consultant
• Experience in transformational business environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in proof-of-concept environments
• Change analysis experience
• Experience in highly critical technology sectors
• Ability to establish cross-departmental relationships
