Property Management, Inc. (PMI) has a rare opportunity for a motivated individual looking to join a growing company as an employee owner. PMI manages over $4 billion of real estate assets and has over 30,000 customers and 360 clients. We are currently searching for one full-time Community Director to join our team in State College. This position ensures that our residents are receiving a high level of customer service and that our properties are fully occupied. A PA Real Estate License is preferred but not required. If you don't have one, we will pay for you to get one! Rate : based on experience

Hours : Monday through Thursday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, Friday 8:00am - 2:30pm.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee overall operation of the property.
  • Process resident applications.
  • Rent collection.
  • Daily customer service with our residents - work order requests, communications, etc.
  • Various data entry.
  • Answer phones.
  • Property Inspections.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in the housing industry is a plus, but not required.
  • PA Real Estate License is preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Valid PA Driver's License and reliable and insured transportation.
  • High School Diploma/GED.
