They are seeking an accounting professional to join their Digital Talent team as a newly created role due to growth. This role will be reporting to the head of the team working with Sales, Operations, Legal, and HR.

Duties:

• Analyze and Review Revenue Recognition for live events
• Prepare invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
• Post and code all invoices into the accounting software system ensuring careful accuracy and precision
• Update weekly check register in a timely and efficient manner
• Research all vendor discrepancies and follows up on all adjustments
• Analyze accounts payable inquiries from internal customers and external vendors
• File and maintain all paid and unpaid invoices and statements
• Provide analytical, administrative, clerical and project support to accounting department and management
• Contribute to a team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Skills/Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting is preferably
• Minimum 2+ years of accounting experience
• Understanding in Balance Sheet, Fixed Assets, and General Ledger
