What We’re Looking For

Mazz NYC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented  Wholesale Sales Assistant to support its luxury B2B operations. This role will work closely with senior leadership to manage wholesale accounts, inventory, and order processing, while serving as a key point of contact for clients. The ideal candidate will play an integral role in ensuring seamless operations and maintaining clear, professional communication across internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the VP in cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key wholesale accounts, buyers, and buying assistants
  • Manage day to day inventory and outbound distribution 
  • Prepare, review, and accurately enter wholesale orders, ensuring adherence to pricing and margins
  • Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery
  • Manage client inquiries related to tracking, PO updates, and shortages with discretion, professionalism, and timely follow-up
  • Support market appointments and showroom presentations
  • Demonstrate initiative by reviewing reports, highlight findings and propose reorders
  • Maintain accurate client, product, and pricing data within internal systems
  • Serve as a point of contact for buyer invoicing, documentation, and shipment tracking

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales support, wholesale, or account management within a luxury, fashion, or premium lifestyle environment
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel; knowledge of sales software is advantageous
  • Basic understanding of retail math and sales analysis
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
