Are you ready to take your career to the next level in a role where you are more than just a receptionist — you are the heart of our client experience?

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Receptionist with veterinary office expertise to join our close-knit team and make a real difference in the lives of pets and their owners.

At our Miami practice, you won’t just greet clients — you'll be an essential bridge between pet parents, our medical team, and the exceptional care we provide. If you’re passionate about organization, client service, and working in a supportive environment where every day brings new rewards, this opportunity is for you!

What You'll Do:

  • Be the welcoming face and voice of the practice, warmly greeting clients and answering calls with professionalism and care.
  • Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments to help pets receive the timely care they deserve.
  • Support our medical team by maintaining accurate medical records and ensuring all essential documentation is in order.
  • Handle client payments and maintain financial transaction accuracy with integrity and attention to detail.
  • Listen and respond to client needs, ensuring questions and concerns are routed appropriately.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks that keep our practice running smoothly.
  • Partner with the Front Desk Manager and medical staff to create an exceptional experience for every client and patient.

What We're Looking For:

  • Veterinary office/clinic experience is required — you know the unique needs of a veterinary environment.
  • A true "people person" who thrives on providing exceptional service both on the phone and in-person.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting without missing a beat.
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to learn practice management software.
  • Fluent in English; bilingual skills are a huge plus!
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is highly preferred.
  • A positive team player who lifts others up and is eager to jump in wherever needed.

Schedule:

This role requires availability-

  • Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday
  • 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (This schedule is non-negotiable and essential to the role.)

What We Offer:

  • Competitive pay starting at $20.00/hour , depending on your experience and skills.
  • Full benefits package including medical insurance, paid holidays, and paid time off.
  • A work environment you’ll love — collaborative, supportive, and committed to both professional growth and personal well-being.

Why You'll Love Working Here:

When you join us, you’re not just taking a job — you're becoming part of a family. We value your skills, respect your contributions, and are committed to making your work life rewarding and meaningful. Here, your passion for animals and dedication to customer service will be recognized and celebrated every day.

If you're ready to be part of a team where your work truly matters, apply today — we can’t wait to meet you!
