About Us:

We are a leading mechanical contractor specializing in large-scale projects across the Southeast. We are seeking an experienced Traveling Project Manager to oversee mechanical construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage mechanical construction projects from start to finish.
• Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients.
• Conduct site visits across multiple locations to ensure quality and safety.
• Oversee procurement of materials and ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain project documentation and manage change orders.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of project management experience in mechanical contracting.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, etc.).
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel frequently across the Southeast.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• OSHA certification and PMP (preferred).
