Position Overview:

We're seeking a Technical Product Manager with a focus on AI capabilities to work at the intersection of innovation, technology, and user needs. You'll translate advanced AI research into practical solutions, collaborating with teams to ensure these tools deliver real-world value.

Core Duties:

• Act as the link between technical teams and clients to shape AI/ML products.
• Turn user requirements into actionable development goals.
• Ensure AI models are accessible, effective, and relevant to client challenges.
• Collaborate with engineers to deploy scalable AI systems.
• Gather feedback to refine functionality and improve user satisfaction.
• Simplify complex AI concepts for diverse stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Solid understanding of AI/ML, data science, or software development (has to have coded before or understand code)
• Proven ability to align technical features with customer outcomes.
• Exceptional communication and analytical thinking skills.
• At least 3 years of product management experience, ideally in AI or tech.
• Knowledge of ethical AI practices, including transparency and fairness.
• Familiarity with agile workflows and product development lifecycles.
• A strong drive to leverage AI for meaningful impact.

Preferred Experience:

• Background in enterprise tech or consumer-driven product growth.
• Start-Up experience is ideal
