The Performance Lab is expanding to Branford, CT, inside a  state-of-the-art Padel and Pickle facility!We are looking for a dynamic and driven  Local Clinic Manager to lead operations at this exclusive new location. This is a  unique opportunity to manage a cash-based, out-of-network sports recovery and performance center in an exciting and fast-growing sports community.

• Oversee  day-to-day clinic operations , ensuring seamless patient experiences.
• Manage  scheduling, patient flow, and staff performance for optimal efficiency.
• Maintain a  high-end service culture , ensuring The Performance Lab remains the go-to recovery hub for athletes and active individuals.

• Build relationships with local players, coaches, and trainers of all sports to drive new business.
• Organize  injury screenings, movement assessments, and performance workshops to attract new clients.
• Lead  marketing initiatives and social media engagement to increase clinic visibility.

• Provide hands-on, 1:1 care to clients, delivering  exceptional quality and ensuring outstanding recovery outcomes.
• Drive  revenue generation through memberships, treatment plans, and recovery service packages.
• Implement  strategic outreach and partnerships to maximize client acquisition.
• Monitor financial performance and collaborate with leadership to optimize profitability.

• Experience in Sports Performance, Physical Therapy, and Dry Needling 90
• Strong  business acumen and leadership skills to manage a high-performance clinic.
• Passion for  athlete recovery, injury prevention, and holistic wellness.
• Excellent  customer service, communication, and marketing abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a  fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with growth potential.
