Description :
The Supply Chain Coordinator contributes to the department via the smooth execution of inbound warehouse and customer-direct container shipments from purchase order to delivery and billing. Learning from and reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, this role involves heavy communication with production partners, customers, government agencies, and internal stakeholders along with performing the necessary tasks tofacilitate the successful execution of inbound warehouse and customer orders. The Supply Chain Coordinator will be responsible for completing recurring reporting duties and will support the development and maintenance of SOP guides.
Requirements :
• Strong proficiency in Excel to include merging and comparing multiple sources of data, working with large datasets, and advanced functions and formulas
• 2-5 years of experience in international Inbound shipping strongly preferred, degree in related field considered
• Exceptional organizational skills to include digital and physical file management
• Deep knowledge of inventory systems, distribution of consumer goods, and warehousing
• Contributes to fostering a positive and supportive work environment
Compensation : 75k salary + Bonus - 401k, PTO, great medical benefits.
