Your new role

As a Construction Superintendent, you will take charge of on-site operations, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. You’ll oversee subcontractors, manage schedules, enforce safety protocols, and maintain strong communication with project stakeholders. This leadership role is critical to driving collaboration and ensuring successful project delivery.

What you'll need to succeed

  • 5+ years Superintendent experience in Multifamily
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and scheduling practices
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to foster teamwork and transparency
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to quality and safety
  • OSHA 30 & First Aid
