We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development of cutting-edge AI-driven automation products using NLP, generative /conversational AI, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), and other technologies. This role offers the opportunity to drive the design, optimization, and execution of AI workflows, ensuring they align with business and technical objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, impactful solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities :

· Conduct in-depth research to understand customer, market, and business needs, converting them into actionable product requirements.

· Leverage expertise in AI orchestration to design and manage AI-driven automation workflows that align with business processes.

· Evaluate and optimize the usage of large language models (LLMs) and other AI tools to meet product goals, ensuring performance and accuracy.

· Translate complex business workflows into AI-centric automation solutions, ensuring scalability and effective implementation.

· Design products focusing on usability, seamless integration, robust security, and scalable performance.

· Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, support, consulting, and other product teams to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

· Partner with engineering teams to evaluate technical implementation options, balancing business needs with technical feasibility.

· Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups to maintain steady progress and product momentum.

· Drive the continuous improvement of tools, skills, and processes to efficiently achieve business objectives.

· Contribute to the development and execution of product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company goals and strategic initiatives.

· Serve as a subject matter expert for AI automation use cases, guiding developers, support teams, and clients on best practices and product capabilities.

Skills and Experiences Required:

· 8-10 years of experience in product management, ideally with a focus on AI, RPA, and SaaS products.

· Proven track record in delivering AI-driven use cases, with deep knowledge of AI orchestration layers and their application in automation.

· Strong understanding of AI algorithms, data structures, APIs, and large language models (LLMs) to craft effective automation solutions.

· Experience writing clear, detailed requirements, use cases, technical design documentation, and acceptance criteria.

· Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills to evaluate product performance and impact.

· Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

· Demonstrated ability to conduct cost/benefit analyses and make informed recommendations regarding build vs. buy decisions.

· Familiarity with performance testing and optimization techniques for AI and automation models, ensuring product alignment with both business goals and technical constraints.

Education Required:

-Bachelor’s degree Computer Science, or Engineering required

-MBA or MS in a related field is a plus

Location and Eligibility:

This role is based in the San Francisco Bay Area, and we are open to candidates who are available to work in a hybrid(remote) capacity. Preference will be given to U.S. Green Card holders or Citizens, though visa applicants will also be considered for this role.
