The Sr. Manager of Supply Chain Planning will lead demand forecasting, inventory management, production planning, and S&OP processes. This is a key leadership role with direct impact on working capital, service levels, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has experience in CPG supply chain operations and thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment. This is a hands-on role as we are a small organization with team members that wear many hats. We are not seeking candidates outside of Arizona.

We have two offices: North Scottsdale and our distribution center in Chandler. This position will require working at both locations. We have a hybrid work from home policy with at least 8 days per month, subject based on business needs to increase to 12 days/month.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and refine the demand planning process to drive accurate forecasts across all channels (DTC, wholesale, retail).
• Improve and Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP/SIOP) process to align cross-functional goals (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations).
• Oversee production and supply planning in coordination with contract manufacturers, suppliers, and logistics teams.
• Manage inventory planning to optimize stock levels, minimize waste, and ensure product availability.
• Collaborate with Marketing to understand the DTC & Amazon calendar and plan for promotions ensuring lead-times and proper planning can occur for success.
• Analyze sales trends, supply constraints, and market insights to inform planning decisions.
• Establish and monitor KPIs such as forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and On-Time In-Full
• Collaborate with Finance to support budgeting, cash flow planning, and margin improvement efforts.
• Implement planning tools or ERP/MRP enhancements as needed to support scale.

Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of supply chain experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or planning role in a CPG environment.
• Proven experience in demand planning, inventory management, and S&OP leadership.
• Deep understanding of supply chain operations in high-SKU, omni-channel businesses.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel and other demand planning tools.
• Experience working with ERP tools and DTC platforms – prefer someone with NetSuite experience. (NetSuite, Shopify, etc)
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field. MBA or APICS/CSCP certification is a plus.
