The Sr. Manager of Supply Chain Planning will lead demand forecasting, inventory management, production planning, and S&OP processes. This is a key leadership role with direct impact on working capital, service levels, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has experience in CPG supply chain operations and thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment. This is a hands-on role as we are a small organization with team members that wear many hats. We are not seeking candidates outside of Arizona.

We have a hybrid work from home policy with at least 8 days per month, subject based on business needs to increase to 12 days/month.
