Our client, a water technology provider, is seeking a Software Trainer for a 6+ month contract opportunity located in Bolingbrook, IL. This role is fully onsite.
Summary of position
The software trainer will be responsible for the delivery of software training programs, creating instructional materials, and providing support to help Operations Support Associates and Customer Service Representatives become proficient in a new ERP system. They collaborate with subject matter experts to determine course design, delivery formats, and course manuals.
