Role: Pharmacist

Location: Memphis, TN (Onsite)

Duration: 6 months

Schedule: Mon–Fri 2:00 PM–10:30 PM; Sat 10:00 AM–6:30 PM (as needed)

License Required: Current TN Pharmacist License

About the Role:

We’re looking for a dedicated pharmacist to join a fast-paced, automated pharmacy team. You’ll collaborate with technicians and support staff to ensure accurate and timely medication dispensing while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and dispense medication orders, manage workflow, and oversee automation.
• Guide and supervise technicians, clerks, and support staff.
• Conduct quality checks and document any medication errors.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Assist with returns, inventory, and medication storage.
• Provide product information and support to the operations team.
• Complete end-of-day tasks and follow all pharmacy protocols.
• Promote teamwork and support colleagues as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
• Licensed pharmacist in Tennessee (active and unrestricted).
• Experience in high-volume pharmacies preferred.
• Ability to work evenings and Saturdays as needed.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, reach, type, and push/pull carts.
