Job Description

We are adding an SEO Specialist to our team. This role is a HYBRID role, in Irvine, CA.
This role will support a Technology based Data organization. This is a new role, due to tremendous growth.
Must have experience: B2B Marketing in a SAAS Platform

Responsibilities will include:
● Monitor site's traffic and performance to provide and execute improvement ideas
● Track, report, and analyze website analytics and campaigns
● Stay on top of Google (and other search engines)'s updates
● Competitor SEO analysis and implementation strategy
● Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
● Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
● Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
● Develop and implement link building strategy
● Work with the marketing and development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code
● Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
● Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
● Help with other marketing activities as assigned

Requirements
● Proven SEO experience
● Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
● In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush, Moz, WebTrends, etc.)
● Experience with bid management tools (e.g., Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, Search Ignite)
● Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
● Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
● Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
● Knowledge of onsite and performance SEO
● Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM

Skills
● In depth knowledge in search engine optimization practices
● Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically , and identify and resolve problems
● Excellent verbal and written communication skill
● Ability to work within a team and independently
● Expertise with website optimization tools
● Attention to details
● Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills
