About the Role

Are you a PowerPoint expert with a passion for creating visually engaging, instructionally sound learning materials? In this role, you’ll collaborate with content developers and subject matter experts (SMEs) to transform complex concepts into clear, engaging, and effective learning experiences.

You will play a key role in the design, development, and delivery of a variety of training programs — including virtual and instructor-led presentations, eLearning modules, workbooks, and video-based learning. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver with an eye for design and the ability to turn information into impactful, learner-centered experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to translate technical or complex information into clear and digestible learning materials.
  • Create multimedia-enhanced content using animations, transitions, graphics, video, and interactivity to improve engagement and knowledge retention.
  • Develop eLearning modules using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Rise, or Adobe Captivate.
  • Ensure all learning materials align with brand and accessibility standards (WCAG, Section 508).
  • Review and update existing presentations and learning assets for visual clarity, instructional flow, and learner impact.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement through innovation, learner feedback, and data-driven design updates.
  • Stay informed on trends and emerging technologies in instructional design, presentation design, and digital learning.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design, or instructional design, eLearning development, or training content creation.
  • Proven experience designing and producing PowerPoint presentations that incorporate advanced animation, transitions, and visual storytelling.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Skills

  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) or equivalent tools for visual and video design.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and collaborative workflow tools.

Core Competencies

  • Excellent visual design and storytelling skills with an eye for layout, typography, color, and cohesive design.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to simplify complex information while maintaining instructional integrity.

Why This Role Matters

This position is ideal for a professional who thrives at the intersection of instructional strategy and visual creativity . You’ll directly influence the learning experience for employees, customers, and partners — helping to deliver engaging, accessible, and visually memorable education programs that drive performance and growth.
