🚧 SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER – HEAVY CIVIL 🚧

Location: Colorado | Full-Time | Projects $100M+

The Opportunity:

This isn’t about babysitting paperwork—it’s about taking charge of complex, high-dollar projects and delivering them with excellence. The Senior Project Manager will lead efforts on projects in the $100M+ range, working with a team of top-tier engineers, superintendents, and field professionals.

From preconstruction strategy to final punch list, this is a leadership role where your decisions matter, your voice is heard, and your results are recognized.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of project delivery on large-scale heavy civil jobs
• Direct project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management
• Collaborate with clients, DOTs, municipalities, engineers, and subcontractors
• Lead internal teams with clarity, confidence, and a commitment to safety
• Mentor junior staff and foster a high-performance project culture
• Drive progress without compromising quality, safety, or bottom-line results

🎯 What They’re Looking For:

• 8+ years of experience managing complex heavy civil projects
• Strong expertise in highways, bridges, water/wastewater, or major sitework
• Proven leadership on projects of $50M+ (DOT or municipal experience a plus)
• Skilled communicator with excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes ownership of outcomes
