-Knowledge of construction concepts through a college construction degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specs, contracts, proposals, estimates, and other regularly encountered items required.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
