About our Plant Operations in Silver Springs, Nevada

Our 84-acre manufacturing site in Silver Springs specializes in the production of high-quality utility poles and is located 40 miles east of the Reno/Sparks area. Position Overview:

The Senior Maintenance Technician plays a critical role at our Silver Springs manufacturing facility, responsible for working on a wide array of duties ranging from immediate equipment repair to preventative maintenance, as well as elements of our current plant rebuild. This Tech will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our daily operations and future growth of the plant.

Key Duties:

• Lubricate and clean parts, equipment and machinery.
• Inspect, service, repair and construct plan processing equipment, including structures, utilities, loaders, hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical and pressure vessel work throughout the plant.
• Perform maintenance on all mobile equipment, including minor repair work.
• Follow Preventative Maintenance Program established by the Company.
• Utilize welding and fabrication tools to alter, repair and fabricate processing equipment on various materials with structural integrity.
• Track inventory of serviceable parts required to maintain equipment and notify Lead.
• Document and report maintenance work performed and advise of future requirements in a timely manner.
• Assist with training new maintenance employees.
• Participate and contribute to company safety programs.
• Perform other related duties as assigned, including site cleanup.

Shift & Wage:

• Monday to Friday 6:00 am to 4:30 pm
• $36.67 per hour

Primary Qualifications

• Three (3) or more years of industrial maintenance experience required; 5 or more years preferred (* Note: for candidates with less experience, we will consider you for a non-senior or more entry-level Maintenance Tech role .)
• Experience in electrical and hydraulics
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read schematics and electrical drawings
• Welding skills a plus
