Senior Director, Global Marketing

Job Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Lead global marketing strategy, product portfolio planning, and innovation pipeline development to drive sustainable growth across international markets.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, and Operations teams to align product development with strategic goals and lifecycle management.
  • Market Intelligence & Insights: Conduct research to uncover unmet needs, assess market trends, and inform product positioning, branding, and launch strategies.
  • Innovation & New Product Development: Build and validate new product concepts using customer insights; develop business cases and guide prioritization of initiatives.
  • Brand Stewardship: Define and manage global brand identity and messaging; support commercial teams with launch toolkits and product differentiation strategies.
  • Market Access Strategy: Develop pricing and reimbursement strategies, value dossiers, and stakeholder engagement plans to support global market entry.
  • Team & Performance Management: Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, manage budgets and KPIs, and maintain strong global partnerships-with up to 40% international travel.

Job Requirements:

  • 10+ years of Commercial experience within the medical device industry
  • MBA highly preferred
  • Has led global product launches from end to end, including development of value propositions, messaging, branding, and market access strategies.
  • Built and managed a global marketing team of more than 10 professionals across functions such as market insights, innovation, product management, and reimbursement.
  • Served on cross-functional leadership teams, earning trust and credibility with executives across R&D, Regulatory, Operations, Finance, and other key departments.
  • Combines classical brand marketing training with strategic and analytical thinking to define innovation roadmaps, manage product portfolios, and drive product development globally.
