Senior Digital Marketing Associate - 100% Remote

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Digital Marketing Associate to join our innovative, fully remote team. In this role, you will take charge of Google Ads campaigns (Search/Display) while contributing to digital marketing strategies that attract, engage, and retain Health Care Providers (HCPs). You'll collaborate with senior leadership and a talented marketing team in a fast-paced startup environment dedicated to redefining HealthTech solutions.

Your contributions will align with our core process: Strategy → Content Creation → Delivery → Data Capture, helping us deliver impactful campaigns, support sponsor brands, and position our company as a leader in the industry.

What You'll Do

Manage Google Ads campaigns (Search and Display), including keyword research, ad copy creation, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and budget optimization to maximize performance metrics like ROI/ROAS.
Implement and refine digital marketing strategies across channels, including SEO, SEM, Email, Social Media, programmatic advertising, influencer marketing, direct mail, and event marketing.
Leverage tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and AI copywriting platforms to execute and track marketing campaigns.
Conduct in-depth research to build communication strategies and craft compelling marketing materials beyond your immediate expertise.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering exceptional results while staying adaptable and organized.
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to execute innovative strategies and analyze campaign effectiveness using data-driven insights.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, presenting creative concepts, campaign metrics, and actionable insights tailored to diverse audiences.

What We're Looking For

We'd love to hear from you if you:

Have at least 4 years of digital marketing experience with demonstrated success in Google Ads and other digital channels.
Are experienced in HubSpot, Google Analytics, A/B testing, and other marketing platforms.
Have a proven ability to manage media plans across SEO, SEM, email, social, and programmatic channels.
Thrive in a startup environment, where flexibility, resourcefulness, and a sense of adventure are key.
Bring an enthusiastic, curious mindset with the ability to pivot and innovate.
Possess exceptional organizational and communication skills, capable of juggling multiple tasks with a smile.
Bonus: Experience in the HealthTech industry is a major plus!

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
4+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably with startup exposure.
A passion for making a meaningful impact in the healthcare or tech space.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $76,000 - $95,000 (based on experience and location).
Bonus: Performance-based incentives.
