Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. This role is responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the healthcare or diagnostics sector, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development:
  • Identify and target prospective clients within the healthcare and diagnostics sectors.
  • Generate leads through research, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to secure new business and achieve revenue goals.
  1. Account Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional services to existing clients.
  1. Sales Process Management:
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase our services.
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
  • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.
  1. Market Analysis:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
  • Provide feedback to management on client needs, market conditions, and product/service improvements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
  1. Collaboration and Teamwork:
  • Work closely with internal teams (e.g., account managers, operations, billing, and customer service) to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of sales experience, preferably in the healthcare, diagnostics, or medical services industry.
  • Skills:
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Other: Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and conferences as needed.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Compensation:
  • This position offers a competitive base salary of $70,000 annually, along with a performance-based commission structure. Total earnings, including commission, have the potential to reach up to $250,000 annually, based on achievement of quota and performance metrics. Additional incentives or bonuses may be available based on company goals and individual success.
