Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Work with business stakeholders to identify, document, and translate requirements for ServiceNow-related solutions
Support the implementation of new ServiceNow features and modules in a cost-effective, scalable manner
Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements aligned with organizational goals
Collaborate with developers, project managers, and QA teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered
Perform user acceptance testing and validate delivered solutions against business needs
Provide support during implementation, troubleshooting issues and facilitating updates or change requests
Contribute to quality assurance efforts and support process documentation
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role, with a focus on ServiceNow or ITSM platforms
Strong understanding of service management processes and enterprise-level IT workflows
Proven ability to gather, document, and translate business and technical requirements
Experience supporting user testing and QA initiatives
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field preferred
