Job Description

Senior Administrative Assistant

Contract, 6 months

Hybrid ( 3 days a week, fully remote; remaining 2 days in office Tues and Wed/Thurs, one day in Framingham MA and one day in Marlborough MA.

Hourly: $30-33/hr

Must have:

8 years+ Administrative experience in a corporate setting

Strength with managing multiple calendars they use Outlook

Expense Management/Reporting

Excel

Nice to have:

Oracle

Workday

Provides high-level administrative support requiring broad knowledge of company policies, procedures, and operations. Ensures effective office management and supports departmental initiatives with professionalism, discretion, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel and expenses.

Serve as a primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling confidential and complex matters with tact.

Organize meetings and events, including logistics, catering, and follow-up.

Maintain records, files, and departmental systems; analyze and improve administrative processes.

Support departmental payroll, timekeeping, and document management.

Provide backup support to other administrative staff as needed.

Coordinate logistics and materials for meetings, trainings, and team events.

Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments.
