We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to become a key player within our Revenue Systems team. In this role, you will focus on optimizing and supporting our post-sales applications, including Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. You’ll also support key system integrations and collaborate closely with the Manager of Revenue Systems on strategic projects and initiatives to drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with post-sales stakeholders in optimizing Salesforce Service and Sales Cloud, focusing on aligning with our post-sales business processes to drive service, onboarding, and customer success initiatives.
  • Collaborate on developing and maintaining our customer and partner community sites, enhancing engagement and continuity across Experience Cloud.
  • Assist in managing and executing system integrations, particularly with PRM tools (e.g., Mind Matrix, Impartner), for seamless data flow across functions.
  • Provide training and technical support to users, addressing issues and improving user engagement with the platform.
  • Assist in managing and optimizing Salesforce functionalities to ensure the platform's efficient operation and alignment with business goals.
  • Work closely with Vasion’s operations teams and stakeholders to align Salesforce initiatives with broader organizational objectives and ensure streamlined cross-functional collaboration.
  • Perform essential administrative tasks, including user account maintenance, report generation, data audits, data loading, flow configuration.
  • Stay current on Salesforce updates and advise stakeholders on relevant feature implementations that align with business needs.
  • Ensure the security of Salesforce data, maintaining compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
  • Document and train on the use and architecture of various features.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Salesforce administration.
  • Holds the Advanced Salesforce Administrator and Service Cloud Certification (multiple certifications a plus).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar field is preferred.
  • Demonstrates a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and integrations, with experience in managing complex workflows and automations.
  • Exhibits strong problem-solving skills and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possesses excellent communication and collaboration skills, with proven experience working effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • A successful history of implementing and optimizing Salesforce features.
  • Willing and able to visit our headquarters in St. George, Utah, 2-4 times per year. Ideally, the candidate resides near and works out of our Northern Utah or Southern Utah office.
  • Possesses a knowledge of and interest in the concept of continuous improvement.
