We’re seeking a dedicated RN Supervisor to join our team and help us continue delivering exceptional care in a warm, resident-centered environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise clinical team members and assist with orientation of new staff
• Ensure the highest standards of service, resident life, and team performance
• Oversee resident safety and assume Charge Nurse responsibilities when needed
• Maintain open communication with team members, residents, families, and volunteers
• Participate in mandatory in-service seminars and complete assigned Relias/Learning modules
• Monitor documentation and care practices for compliance with state and federal regulations
• Assess injuries, provide first aid, and coordinate referrals to physicians or emergency services
• Add injury incidents to 24-hour report and forward to appropriate supervisors
• Assist the Nursing Supervisor with developing and updating Care Plans
• Coordinate staffing coverage for call-ins with your supervisor
• Respond to emergency calls from independent living residents
• Manage hospital transfers during medical emergencies

What We’re Looking For:

• Current RN license in Virginia
• Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care
• A strong desire to grow within our organization
• Strong communication, organizational, and mentoring skills
• A heart for serving older adults and supporting a collaborative care environment
