Job Description

A renowned restaurant in the Naples, FL area is looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead its operations. As a beloved local favorite, this restaurant offers an exciting opportunity for a seasoned leader to take its success to the next level. The General Manager will oversee all aspects of the restaurant’s operations, inspire the team, and cultivate a culture of excellence. Base Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 (commensurate with experience) + bonus, benefits, and more!

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of full-service Management experience
  • High volume experience, $5M+ preferred
  • Scratch cooking
  • Knowledge of budgeting, cost controls, and ordering
  • Highly organized, have a true sense of ownership, and prides themselves on team leadership

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor food and labor budgets
  • Hire, train, schedule, and supervise the back-of-house staff
  • Establish controls to minimize waste
  • Implement policies and procedures to measure quality control
  • Lead by example, promote a healthy working environment, and have fun in the kitchen
