Wings is a residential facility that caters to adolescents struggling with substance use and mental health issues. Consistent transportation and punctuality for all shifts are required. Although a valid driver’s license is preferred, it is not essential. Candidates must agree to a background check and must be at least 19 years of age with a high school diploma.
We are presently seeking candidates for part-time positions, with the potential to increase hours and transition into full-time roles. Residential Support Staff (RSS) are expected to work every other weekend. The available shifts for these positions primarily include evenings and/or overnight hours.
RSS are responsible for the following:
