Key Responsibilities
- Understand current hiring needs and provide updates on applicant progress.
- Assist qualified candidates in completing carrier applications and ensure all required documents are submitted.
- Assist candidates in getting scheduled and confirm applicants for orientation, coordinating travel and lodging when necessary.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any obstacles preventing applicants from attending scheduled orientations.
- Handle administrative tasks and other responsibilities as assigned.
